Ginger-Lemon Kombucha Recipe

It's slowly getting warmer, but it's still important to take care of your immune system, especially during the transition from winter to spring. If the cold weather does return, a balanced diet will help a lot. In addition to plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, you can make this delicious ginger-lemon kombucha.

This is what you need:

  • 500 ml raw
  • 1 medium-sized ginger root, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

How to prepare it:

  1. Fill kombucha into a sufficiently large, sealable glass bottle
  2. Add ginger and freshly squeezed lemon juice
  3. Close the bottle tightly and let it stand at room temperature for 2-3 days
  4. Then filter out the ginger through a sieve and your kombucha is ready!
  5. From day 4 onwards, it is best to store in the refrigerator!
